The Agricultural Knowledge Management Unit (AKMU) is responsible for the institute's IT infrastructure, digital knowledge repositories, website management and data-driven decision support. It serves as the technology backbone connecting research, administration and the public through modern information systems.
AKMU maintains the institute website, e-office systems, digital library integration, network and server infrastructure, and supports scientists in the use of GIS, remote sensing and data analytics tools for cattle research and farm management.

Maintenance of LAN/Wi-Fi networks, servers, workstations and video-conferencing facilities across the campus.
