ICAR-CIRC is constructing a new administrative-cum-research building on its Meerut Cantt campus to accommodate growing research, laboratory and office space requirements. The building has been designed to house scientist chambers, modern wet and dry laboratories, a conference hall, the PME Cell, AKMU server room and administrative offices under one roof, replacing scattered facilities across the campus.
The project has been planned with energy-efficient design, adequate natural lighting and barrier-free access, in line with CPWD building norms. On completion, the facility is expected to significantly strengthen the institute's research infrastructure and provide a modern working environment for scientists, technical staff and visiting researchers.
