The ICAR-CIRC Guest House is situated within the serene 30-acre campus at Grass Farm Road, Meerut Cantonment. It provides comfortable accommodation for visiting scientists, official guests, delegates attending workshops and seminars, and trainees participating in institute programmes.

The guest house offers a peaceful environment with lush green surroundings, making it an ideal retreat for researchers and dignitaries who visit ICAR-CIRC for collaborative research, review meetings, training programmes and official purposes.

📌 Booking Rules & Policy

•Accommodation is available to visiting scientists, official delegates and trainees on official/Personal visit.
•Advance booking is mandatory. Requests to be made at least 3 days in advance through the Administrative Officer.
•A valid government / institute ID proof is required at check-in.
•Charges as per ICAR / GoI norms are applicable. Receipt to be collected from the administrative section.
•Guests are requested to vacate rooms promptly by 11:00 AM on the day of check-out.
•Smoking, consumption of alcohol and loud noise are strictly prohibited inside the guest house premises.
•Damage to property will be charged to the guest. Please report any damage immediately.

Contact Admin Office

Call or email the Administrative Officer, ICAR-CIRC at least 3 working days before your intended arrival date.

2️⃣

Confirm Availability

The admin office will confirm room availability and provide a booking reference number / confirmation letter.

3️⃣

Check In

Present your booking confirmation and a valid ID proof at the reception / security gate on arrival.
