Administration & Establishment

The Administration/Establishment Section of the Institute provides support to the Institute in the following matters:

·        Recruitment of Staff, RA/SRF/YPs.

·        Career Advancement like promotion, assessment, MACP, Probation & confirmation of Scientific, Technical, Administrative & Finance and Supporting staff.

·        Dealing Transfer, Deputation, Pension cases of all employees.

·        Celebrations of Constitutional days.

·        Court cases.

·        Maintenance of Personal files and Service Books of all categories of Staff (Scientific, Technical, Administrative, and Supporting).

·        Payment of contractors under contract for outsourced services.

·        Constitution of Institute Management Committee and convening of meetings.

·        Maintenance of land records.

·        Makecorrespondence with the Council in all administrative/establishment matters and furnish the information and reports asked for from time to time.
