Extension section is providing different services to the farming community free of cost. More than two thousand farmers have been grouped into 11 whatsapp groups where information about scientific rearing of livestock is being posted regularly by the scientists of the Institute. Farmers can contact any of the expert through audio or video calls if they want to consult regarding feeding of their animals or treatment of different ailments. Farmers are being provided formula for preparing concentrate feed mixture by their own utilizing locally available feeding stuffs.
